About National Tiger Sanctuary
A not-for-profit rescue facility built to ensure the well-being of tigers and other exotic and domestic animals, National Tiger Sanctuary offers educational experiences for guests of any age to enjoy in Chestnutridge, Missouri, just 20 minutes north of Branson. The sanctuary lets guests choose from the Awareness Tour, the Feeding Tour, the Behind-the-Scenes Tour and the You Feed Tour.

National Tiger Sanctuary is a non-profit rescue facility for exotic and domestic animals, including white and orange tigers, mountain lions, leopards, primates, cats, and dogs. NTS is an educational campus dedicated to bringing awareness to environmental conditions and their effects on the earth’s ecosystems. Our mission is much bigger than just caring for our furry friends; we believe that through education, we can all have a positive impact on the environment! Visit our big cats three feet away at 10 am, 12 pm, or 2 pm Wednesday through Sunday. Ask about special tours where you can go behind the scenes or feed the cats yourself! Photography and questions are encouraged. By National Tiger Sanctuary guided tour only so the cats can rest.
Awareness Tour
Visit our arctic foxes and hybrid wolves. Learn some interesting stories about our rescued livestock and feed our sounder of pot-bellied pigs. Learn what it’s like to rehab native wildlife and LIVE with tigers!
Feeding Tour
Start the morning as the only group of visitors on the property. Enjoy a private feeding tour where YOU feed two big cats their morning snacks!
Riding Tour
Next, ride an open-air tram to the West Barn Retirement Center, situated away from the main property. You’ll be the only guests who tour this area and have the opportunity to meet the last surviving member of the cubs responsible for the founding of NTS.
