About Kohala Zipline Adventure Hawaii
One of the Hawaii Big Island’s top zipline tours, Kohala Zipline Adventure offers a one-of-a-kind experience for first-time and seasoned zipliners alike. Guests can enjoy riding through a lush mauka (mountain) forest, which spans a riverbed near the inactive volcano, Kohala. The three-hour tours are led by professional guides who are First Aid, CPR and ACCT certified.

Activity Requirements
- Guests must wear closed-toe walking shoes.
- Lightweight pants, capris or knee-length shorts, and a light sweatshirt or overshirt are recommended.
- Must weigh between 70 and 270 lbs. Participants will be weighed at check-in.
- Must be able to walk over unpaved terrain and handle a short climb.
- Minor children require a parent or guardian to sign their participation agreement, and children between the ages of 8 and 13 require an adult to zip with them.
- This tour is not for those with back or neck problems, an extreme fear of heights or expectant mothers.
- No age limitations, but weight requirement is strictly enforced.
- Water, snack, and all safety gear (helmets, gloves & harnesses) is included.
- Roundtrip transportation available between all major Kona & Kohala Coast resorts and hotels for the 8:30 am tour or the 1:00 pm tour only.
