Learn about Asa Tift and other individuals who made their fortunes in the exciting and perilous world of wreck salvage.
Harry Truman Little White House:
While president, Truman spent 175 days in Key West at Quarters A on the Truman Naval Station. Today, as Florida’s only presidential museum, the Little White House provides a personal glimpse of one of America’s greatest presidents. In 1946, Harry Truman began visiting Key West for rest and relaxation and returned for 175 days during his presidency. Our history tellers relate a fascinating & personal glimpse of the most important man of his time.
