We have taken enhanced health and safety measures for our guests, Zoo employees, and our animals. You must follow all posted instructions while visiting the Phoenix Zoo.
- We recommend tickets purchasing in advance online.
- You will find more than 50 hand sanitizing stations conveniently.
- Restrooms are available throughout the Zoo grounds. All restrooms ensure a clean and sanitized environment regularly.
Accessibility
The Phoenix Zoo has partnered with KultureCity to improve its ability to assist and accommodate guests with sensory processing needs. Their objective is to provide an inclusive experience for ALL guests regardless of age and ability including those with sensory processing needs.
Sensory bags containing fidget tools, noise-canceling headphones, and other resources, are available for checkout at Reception and the Safari Cruiser Station.

- Respect all fences and boundaries.
- Our squirrel monkeys and orangutans are great climbers, but we ask that you do not follow their example!
- It takes the safety of our guests and animals very seriously. If you see suspicious or unsafe behavior, please immediately report it to a member of the Zoo staff.
