But we have the tools to help guests grow their whiskey pallets to form a new appreciation, or a deeper appreciation, of the liquor George Bernard Shaw described as “liquid sunshine”.
Bourbon, Scottish, Irish, Rye, Japanese, Canadian; it seems as though every country, county, and township has their own blend and special variety of whiskey. In our two-hour long class, you’ll sample and taste an assortment of international whiskies and explore their collective and individual histories to better understand what makes each variety so unique. The small class sizes allow for better opportunity to interact one on one with the instructor. Guests will delve into six different pouring of some of the finest and yet most distinct whiskies and learn to use all five senses when experiencing their first sips.
