About Mysteries on the Move
Explore a city in a whole new way! This self guided historical walking tour is also a game, during which you get to play detective! Put on your sleuthing hat and get ready to solve “A Silent Murder.” By solving the at each historical marker along the route, you will be guided through the clues to lead you to the murderer or Rex King, a silent film director.
A smart phone is required to play this game. Up to four devices can sign on with the same order number. You will receive an email with a login code upon purchase. Please make sure to also check your junk email.

Discover Savannah in a whole new way: by solving a murder mystery! You will be out and about using your smartphone while finding out whodunnit. During this game played at your own pace, you will venture to several historic sites, gathering clues along the way. This fantastic family-friendly game is great fun while checking out the sites on vacation or just getting to know your hometown better. The whole family can play – or your whole group of friends – with just one purchase.
You will be tasked with solving the murder of silent movie director Rex King, who was visiting Savannah while filming on location in 1926. Gather the clues – outdoors and on the move – while visiting historical sites throughout the city! You will search for the passcode at each stop to open up your next set of clues by reading readily accessible (and free) historical markers.
Stops on this hunt include Savannah Theater, Chippewa Square, Colonial Park Cemetery, and Telfair Academy Arts and Science (to name a few). Mysteries on the Move is a 1.9-mile walk that will visit 10 stops of historical significance, at which point you will assemble your clues, submit your response, and find out the solution!
