Guests enjoy over 35 trampolines, ninja warrior–style courses, stunt fall, parkour-inspired obstacle courses, extreme dodgeball, and more. DEFY. is a thrill-seeking adult’s dream: a massive, 30,000-square-foot indoor playground with over 35 trampolines, circus equipment, and obstacle courses made safe by an all-foam ground. In addition to its everyday attractions, DEFY Orlando offers special themed adult events, like club nights, ’80s nights, and hip-hop nights. At the same time, younger guests are welcome on special KidJump and Family Nights.

Take to our aerial silks to showcase your smoothest moves and most awe-inspiring skills that will definitely make your living room curtains jealous.
Zip Line
Get ready for Weeee! No speed limits here. Hold on tight as you zip through the air and land in a bed of foam. Then get up and do it all again.

- Do not jump if a Team Member is not present
- Do not take unnecessary risks
- Do not dive headfirst into foam pits
- Do not attempt gainers
Guest Responsibility
- Everyone’s waivers are properly executed
- Everyone has viewed the rules
- Everyone has read the DEFY Orlando rules signs posted
- Everyone is in good health without restrictions
- Everyone’s personal items, such as eyewear, hearing aids, braces, prosthetic devices, watches, phones, and cameras, are secure, impact resistant, and suitable for use in a demanding sports environment.
- Everyone is aware of those around you. It is your responsibility to avoid others.
- No guns, knives, sharp objects, or weapons of any kind are allowed on the premises.
- Remember your physical limitations.
- Follow all posted rules and directions given by staff members.
